Ingredients:
- 1 shot of espresso (about 30 ml)
- 120 ml steamed milk
- Milk foam for topping
- Honey Island honey (to taste)
Preparation:
- Making the Espresso:
Prepare a shot of espresso. Use high-quality coffee beans for the best flavor. - Steaming the Milk:
Steam 120 ml of milk until hot and frothy. Be careful not to boil the milk; it should just be warm and foamy - Assembly:
- Pour honey into the bottom of a tall, narrow glass.
- Add the steamed milk and let it settle so the milk and foam separate.
- Brew a shot of espresso, add a little water, then slowly pour it over the milk foam.
Serving:
Serve the melange immediately, optionally sprinkled with a little cinnamon or cocoa powder on top for an extra special touch.
